How do I clean it day-to-day?

Vacuum regularly with a no-beater-bar on low-suction to lift dust without pulling at the knots. Rotate the rug every few months for even wear.

What about spills and stains?

Blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth — don't rub. For most spills, a damp cloth with mild soap is enough. Did you know that wool is naturally water-repellent. 

Does it need professional cleaning?

Professional rug cleaning recommended as needed.

Other notes

• Harsh chemicals may damage or fade the rug.
• Use rug protectors under heavy furniture.
• Do not pull loose ends. Simply clip them with scissors to remove.
